Patients who have been stabilized in an acute care hospital are excellent candidates for post-acute care at the Rosarie Center, where they receive the continued medical and therapeutic management needed for maximum recovery. These individuals have the potential to improve quickly, be discharged home, and with services if indicated. 

At the Rosarie Center you will find the comforts of home and the freedom of an independent lifestyle. Our 27-bed post-acute care center offers a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and amenities including all private rooms and bathrooms, flat panel televisions, and Wi-Fi connectivity at no charge. 

Your recovery will be managed by an exceptional interdisciplinary team comprised of: 

• Medical Director and Consulting Doctors as indicated  
• Nurse Practitioner 
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurses (CRRN's) providing around-the-clock nursing care 
• Certified Nursing Assistants 
• Rehabilitation Team including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists 
• Social Services/Case Management  
• Pastoral Care
