Post-Acute Care/Short-Term Rehab

Our community is known for providing exceptional care. Our professional and dedicated staff

provides occupational, physical and speech therapy on a daily full-time basis. Treatment

programs are designed to meet the physical and emotional goals necessary for residents to reach

their optimum levels of functioning. A warm welcome and creative approach in treatment is the core of the motivating spirit that is generated within the Rehabilitation Department.

Memory/Dementia Care

We know that memory loss can be challenging and frightening for the individual and their loved

ones. Our Memory / Dementia Care provides assistance and support for residents struggling with cognitive impairment. Memory support services provide specific assistance and emotional

support for residents and their families. Services include fun and intellectual brain fitnessactivities that focus on a holistic approach to wellness.

Memory Support

Our goal is to enrich and improve the quality of life of our residents by providing them with creative programs in a controlled environment. Staff members have received specialized training from the Alzheimer's Association. The program focuses on sensory stimulation, memory recall, and motor skills.

Pastoral Care

Religious and spiritual services are offered for all residents regardless of their denomination to provide spiritual comfort and guidance in their daily lives. The Carmelite Sisters and the staff provide support to the residents and their family members in times of loss including sickness and suffering.  In following our mission, we strive to offer hope, healing and comfort.
